“Beyond the Syllabus” – State-Level Sensitization Program for Dental Interns

A State-Level Sensitization Program titled “Beyond the Syllabus” was successfully conducted for dental interns from all dental colleges across the Kalyan Karnataka region. The event was jointly organized by the Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru, and hosted by H.K.E. Society’s S. Nijalingappa Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Kalaburagi.
The program aimed to prepare interns for real-world professional challenges by addressing essential but often underrepresented areas of dental practice.

- Financial planning and practice management
- Professional ethics and communication skills
- Preparation for NEET (Postgraduate Entrance Exam)
