Hyderabad Karnataka Liberation Day
On 17th September 1948, the Hyderabad Karnataka region was liberated from the rule of the Nizam and merged with the Indian Union — a historic moment of pride and unity.
Today, we at HKE’s S. Nijalingappa Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Kalaburagi, proudly hoisted the National Flag to commemorate this significant day.
Let us remember the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and continue to uphold the spirit of freedom, unity, and progress.
