The NSS (National Service Scheme) unit of S. Nijalingappa Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Kalaburagi, actively conducted several oral health awareness camps in and around Kalaburagi. These initiatives aimed to promote better oral hygiene practices among the local communities, especially in rural and underserved areas.
Through these camps, students not only provided valuable dental education and basic screenings but also developed a deeper connection with society. The initiative played a significant role in instilling a sense of social responsibility and empathy in the students, aligning with the NSS motto: "Not Me, But You.".
