The Yoga & Meditation Committee, in association with the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, organized a series of self-development and wellness sessions from 4 April to 21 June 2026 as part of the celebrations leading up to the International Day of Yoga 2026. The initiative aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among staff and students through yoga, stress management, anger management, self-empowerment, gratitude, and joyful living sessions. Conducted every Saturday, the program provided practical techniques to enhance emotional resilience, self-efficacy, and overall wellness, culminating in the celebration of the International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2026.
